no rice not wise?
i am most upset. i didnt take dinner for two nights. i didnt take rice yesterday. and i weigh 85.1kg. more than when i eat rice. so perhaps the trick is to eat rice but to avoid all sorts of other things? for years i have been reading about losing weight. most of the time they tell you the same thing. drink alot of water, avoid sweet and oily stuffs. dont eat rice. exercise alot. i guess this should work. i had chicken chop yesterday so perhaps that was a bad idea. oh well am going to try again today. no rice, no sweets, no oily food. perhaps only breakthrough bread and cereals. soups for dinner. tea for supper. not just any tea, either black tea or green tea. moving on!

fat fat fat
i cant believe i am crying because I'm fat..i cant blame anyone for being fat... its in me.. i should be strong and fight against the urge to eat.
