current target
the target now is to go below 80kg.. maybe 78kg.. no deadline therefore no pressure. this is a laid back method of losing. i dont mind if its slow but at least i dont want to gain weight.
now or never
i am already 25 years old. i am a lawyer now. a fat lawyer. im very sure im in the top ten. my obesity is bringing me down. i do not look like a lawyer. let alone a convincing one. it's time to do something about this.
my current weight is 81.3kg.. they just open a fitness centre next to my office. going to check out that place soon. in the meantime i am going to cut down the size of my meal. i will avoid taking sweet and ice drinks. while doing this i am just going to be happy with how i look. be contented for now. =)

no rice not wise?
i am most upset. i didnt take dinner for two nights. i didnt take rice yesterday. and i weigh 85.1kg. more than when i eat rice. so perhaps the trick is to eat rice but to avoid all sorts of other things? for years i have been reading about losing weight. most of the time they tell you the same thing. drink alot of water, avoid sweet and oily stuffs. dont eat rice. exercise alot. i guess this should work. i had chicken chop yesterday so perhaps that was a bad idea. oh well am going to try again today. no rice, no sweets, no oily food. perhaps only breakthrough bread and cereals. soups for dinner. tea for supper. not just any tea, either black tea or green tea. moving on!

DAY THREE
TODAY MY DIET GETS WORSE. I HAD FRIED MEE FOR BREAKFAST. NASI GORENG USA FOR LUNCH. 2 KAYA BUNS FOR TEA. AND 2 PLATES RICE WITH SOYA SAUCE AND A GLASS OF ROOTBEER FOR DINNER.. TOMORROW I SHALL TRY AGAIN. HARDER!

DAY 2
ANOTHER FAILED ATTEMPT TO DIET!!!! I MANAGED TO CONTROL AT WORK BUT AS SOON AS I GOT HOME I STARTED EATING NON STOP! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME!!!!!! ARGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. STOP EATING!!!!!! OKAY I SHOULD SEAT INSIDE THE SAUNA TENT FOR 15 MINS..

monday - gardening 7am-730am. work. swimming class 6-7pm. sauna pants. sleep at 10-11pm. (at least 6 hours sleep) 30 mins strolling before sleep.
tuesday - gardening 7am-7.30am. work. taman bandar. sauna full. violin class.
wednesday - gardening 7am-7.30am. work. yoga and aerobic. sauna full.
thursday - gardening. work. swimming class 6-7pm. sauna pants. 30 mins stroll.
friday - gardening. work.
saturday - bukit pelindung.
sunday - family.

FIRST DAY
attempt to diet today....FAILED!!! i ate nasi minyak for breakfast. and then i chewed skittles. didnt go out for lunch. went to nearby shop after lunch break and bought a small piece of rainbow cake. later after working hours i ate nasi goreng usa. at home i ate fried mushroom 1 stick. went to violin class. came back and had a plate full of rice and oily gravy and a few glasses of fruit punch... it was already 11.20pm... yeap im not only not dieting..i also ate so much that im pretty sure i've gained weight. so first day... FAILED.

trip to china! woohoo!!!
in less than 2 months i will be going to china with my sister and her china friend. this time we are backpacking. which means that no luxurious hotels and no chauffeurs! its gonna be a 2 week trip. so starting from now i need to train myself to starve as preparation for this exciting adventure. and need to keep my body fit so that i wont get easily exhausted when im there. i also need to lose weight so that i can wear those light garments lol and of coz to look good on picture. so ultimately i need to lose weight!!! fast!!! i will stop eating rice for a month. starting from tomorrow. quite drastic but im willing to try. will is everything. need to start controlling my appetite and not to give in easily to food.
